College basketball overseas.

It would be great if we could compose a list of the college basketball teams playing overseas this summer. I believe they get an early-season advantage with the extra game time and practice involved in playing overseas. Blue ribbon will mention most of these. But you're crunched for preparation by the time it comes out.
Kentucky's the first one we can add to the list
The University of Kentucky announced Wednesday that ESPNU and the new SEC Network will air the six men's basketball games
\
scheduled for the Wildcats this August on their tour in the Bahamas.
ESPN will broadcast the first three games played Aug. 10-12, while the SEC Network will pick up the second half of the trip Aug. 15-17.
All tipoff times at the 2,500-seat Kendal G.L. Isaacs National Gymnasium are set for 1 p.m. against the following teams: Puerto Rico (Aug. 10), Champagne Chalons-Reim (Aug. 11), Puerto Rico (Aug. 12), Dominican Republic (Aug. 15), Champagne Chalons-Reim (Aug. 16) and Dominican Republic (Aug. 17).
The SEC Network launches Aug. 14 and is expected to carry a number of UK football and basketball games previously aired on regional networks such as Fox Sports South.
While AT&T U-verse and DISH Network have signed on to pick up the SEC Network locally, Time Warner Cable and DirecTV have not. Fans are encouraged to visit GetSECNetwork.com to lobby their television providers.

Irvin now 9 of 10 from the arc in the two games. Fr. Ricky Doyle with 15 and 14.
Irvin will be the new Stauskis. Kid can flat out shoot.
I don't know that he handles as well as Stauskus or can run the pick and roll as well, but yeah, the kid is a stud. Many guys under JB make a huge leap from year 1 to 2. He's next.
He is as touted, a better version of Gary Harris in my opinion
This trip is a great thing for Michigan with six freshmen expected to have some type of role, and very little big man experience outside of Bliefeldt
Early returns on Irvin have been very positive though
I feel like the Harris comparison is overused just because they are friends from the same town. Irvin is a better shooter, not as good off the dribble or as a slasher/finisher, but has a higher offensive ceiling overall imo, while Harris is a much better defender.
Irvin increased his vertical 5 inches and added 15 pounds over the summer, same as Stauskus and Levert last year. I have not read that about Watson, but that doesn't mean it's not true. Fr. Ricky Doyle also reported early to go to Camp Sanderson fwiw.
